Robert W. Lloyd - Partner

Rob has spent the past seven years developing and revitalizing websites, creating e-commerce solutions, and assessing and deploying hardware. His expertise gives him the ability to understand the technology components and project steps required to achieve a client’s goal. Before Hang Wire, he has been progressively responsible for managing Web servers for enterprise organizations. Rob is a certified Web developer who adeptly uses Adobe Creative Suite for Web graphic design. He was the lead developer on a major, cutting-edge Web database product for the Washington State Democrats, and served as Internet Director for U.S. Senator Patty Murray’s 2004 campaign. Rob enjoys being a husband, playing with his dog (Jaggy), backpacking, skiing, and canoeing. He is an accomplished drummer for the ultimate rock band Little Pieces.

Kelly D. Merta - Partner

Kelly has seven years’ experience working with websites, and five years experience programming Flash animationed designs. Kelly combines his programming skill with an artistic eye that enables him to produce creative, innovative design results for clients. His experience includes large organizations such as Amazon.com and the Washington State Democrats, where he served as Technology Director for the 2004 statewide campaign. In that role, Kelly gained intimate experience with the database needs of grassroots campaign work. Kelly enjoys being a father and husband, running, ping-pong, and watching live music. His relentless pursuit of popular culture trends allows him to bring cutting-edge concepts to clients’ projects.
